Growing up my parents taught me to have a spiritual connection with nature, and to use whatever talents I was given to make the world a better place. Being a BIPOC in the outdoor world/industry has definitely had it struggles. My longterm goal has been to use my career and talents to promote inclusivity in the outdoor adventure scene.

So when I was asked if I wanted to create a label to support such a cause it was a no brainer!

Colour The Trails is a program that works to help bring BIPOC into the outdoors and provides them with gear and learning opportunities to help make the outdoors more inclusive. RaceFace and Container Brewing also support this cause and worked together to create a fundraiser.

This project was very emotional for me, as well as one that really racked my nerves.

With only a week to provide a final deliverable and printer that decided to die at the last minute, I had one shot to draw the line art and water color it before  I had to hand it off.

It seemed the universe was on my side and thankfully the project turned out amazing!

If you are in the BC area and want to support this great cause go grab yourself some of this deliciousness!
