Late in my industrial design schooling I learned that soft goods and apparel was an area I could focus my career. Half way through my senior thesis project I decided to create a cycling specific apparel piece that targeted a need in the cycling apparel market.

 

My goal was to create a functional piece for women that allowed them to transition from bike to casual settings with ease. This project aimed to offer something that women would actually purchase for themselves in order to allow them to better incorporate cycling into their everyday life.

 

While this project is rather old at this point I feel it still is relevant, and shows that I have always been inspired by creating product that invites more users to the cycling world.
